Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group in Wisconsin is seeking a diligent service professional to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and coordinate repairs. You will inspect vehicles, inform customers about needed work, and secure approvals with clear estimates and timelines.

You will assist the service manager and help ensure smooth progress on each repair order. The role emphasizes customer communication, safety procedures, and adherence to manufacturers’ specifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, obtain vehicle information.

• Advise customers on car care per manufacturer specifications.
• Handle minor customer complaints and follow up on repair orders.
• Refer leads to sales departments and assist the service manager as needed.
