Confidence Chevy Buick GMC is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and help Make Confidence Happen every day. You will greet customers, identify their concerns, and guide them through service options with transparency and care.

You will document estimates, present fair quotes, and build lasting relationships through clear communication, teamwork, and a steadfast commitment to integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Determine customer's primary concern and review additional maintenance needs.
• Offer a no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes.
• Communicate with each customer in a manner that leaves them informed and comfortable.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to their satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Work as a team player upholding professionalism and integrity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally

• Offer a no cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer
• Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and dealership's best interest in mind
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license
