Job summary

BEACH AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Myrtle Beach, SC, is hiring an experienced Ford Service Advisor to join our busy, high-volume service department. You will greet customers, identify service needs, and write repair orders from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership service advisor experience.
• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Xtime experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and repair orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Professional attitude with a team-first mentality.
