Beckley Chevrolet in Mount Hope, WV is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Fixed Operations team. This is not an entry-level role; we want a proven professional who can drive service department revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will greet customers, document concerns, present maintenance recommendations, and work closely with technicians and parts staff to maximize repairs and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Prior automotive dealership Service Advisor experience REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to sell maintenance, repairs, and recommended services.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume service drive efficiently.
• Experience presenting repair estimates, handling objections, and closing service sales.
• Strong follow-up skills and a commitment to customer retention.
• GM/Chevrolet dealership experience preferred.
