You will greet customers, document concerns, present maintenance recommendations, and work closely with technicians and parts staff to maximize repairs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive dealership Service Advisor experience REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to sell maintenance, repairs, and recommended services.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume service drive efficiently.
• Experience presenting repair estimates, handling objections, and closing service sales.
• Strong follow-up skills and a commitment to customer retention.
• GM/Chevrolet dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and accurately document service concerns.
• Perform thorough vehicle walkarounds and identify service opportunities.
• Present and sell manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs.
