Mercedes-Benz of Midland, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, seeks a skilled Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will interact with customers by phone, email, and in person regarding title paperwork, and you will perform essential administrative duties to support our finance and accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive service advisor experience.
• 1+ years of general office/administrative work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR/background check and pre-employment drug test.

• Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department.
• Interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person regarding title paperwork and answer questions.
• Quality checks on documents to ensure the application has all required information.
• Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for legibility.
• Type labels or reports.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Type labels or reports

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Report), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• 1 or more years of general office/administrative work experience preferred
• Must be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidays
• Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception
