You will interact with customers by phone, email, and in person regarding title paperwork, and you will perform essential administrative duties to support our finance and accounting processes.

Formación

• Must have automotive service advisor experience.
• 1+ years of general office/administrative work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR/background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department.
• Interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person regarding title paperwork and answer questions.
• Quality checks on documents to ensure the application has all required information.
• Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for legibility.
• Type labels or reports.
• Other related duties as assigned.
