Lithia & Driveway is hiring Automotive Service Advisors in Knoxville, TN. This onsite role reports to the Service Manager and focuses on customer satisfaction, coordinating with technicians and managing repair orders from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have service-advisor experience, an automotive background, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support with 3+ years in vehicle systems maintenance. Excellent communication and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Automotive technician background preferred.
• Strong focus on customer support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.

Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays. You will report to the Service Manager. This is an onsite position.
