Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls is hiring a Service Advisor to join our busy service drive. You will greet customers, identify service needs, and clearly communicate required work and estimated costs.

The role requires 2 years of Service Advisor experience, reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication. You will coordinate with technicians, enter repair orders, and help deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior Service Advisor experience required.
• Reliable, shows up ready to work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders.
• Mathematics – calculating service costs.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner following ICC.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and identify service needs.
• Communicate with customers what needs to be done, costs and service completion time.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians following dispatch policy and cost controls.
• Follow-up with customer during repair/servicing and explain the Sales 2 Service process.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner following Incoming Telephone Calls standards (ITC). Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. Communicate with customer what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete. Offer a multi-point inspection. Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee. Obtain approval to review findings of multi-point inspection and associated prices. Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department dispatch policy and using cost control methods. Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and or performed. Follow-up with customer during repair/servicing of vehicle so they are aware of status. Ensure the Sales 2 Service process is completely thoroughly by welcoming the customer and explaining what we will provide them.
