Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Parts Advisor at L0279 Greiner Ford of Casper in Casper, WY. You will answer phones, greet customers and vendors, and coordinate parts for repairs in collaboration with the service team.

The role emphasizes inventory control, payments handling, and processing returns, while enabling growth through ongoing training and accessible benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the automotive field.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors.
• Maintain a clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer request
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns
