Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities is hiring a Parts Advisor to supply vehicle parts and merchandise, delivering exceptional customer service on a fast-paced dealership floor. You will greet customers, coordinate with the Service Team, and process parts orders and inventory.

A strong background in automotive parts and bilingual Spanish are required, with CDK experience preferred. The role is onsite in Kennewick, WA, offering a base salary with commission and total annual earnings

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts or service departments.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking required.
• ASE Parts Specialist certification is ideal but not required.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers with excellent service.
• Answer phones and greet customers and vendors.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for repairs.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Receive, unpack and store parts for availability.
• Take inventory and maintain records of goods received.
• Receive payments or process credit authorizations.
• Process core returns, warranties and parts returns.

Dealership: L0056 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities Hiring: Parts Advisor Pay: Commission with monthly base of $3k. Earning range of $70k-$75k annually. Schedule: Monday-Friday Department Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Parts Manager.

What You'll Do

• As a Parts Advisor you will provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors.
• Talk with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts or service departments, ideally in a dealership setting.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced dealership
• Work history with automotive parts, vehicle systems, and manufacturer parts catalogs (especially Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and RAM)
• ASE Parts Specialist certification is ideal but not required
• We prefer CDK experience.
• Confidence to navigate technology with ease
• We require Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking.
• Confidence in upselling or suggesting related parts or accessories
• Ability manage inventory, track orders, and ensure the accuracy of parts fulfillment
• Clear and professional communication skills with both internal (technicians, service advisors) and external (retail and wholesale customers) stakeholders.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $70,000-$75,000 which includes commission on department gross and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
