Job summary

Paycom is seeking motivated Service Advisors for our automotive service center in Irving, TX. You will be the primary contact for customers, explaining maintenance needs, service options, and costs before coordinating with technicians.

A strong emphasis is placed on accurate records, timely updates, and professional communication. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to upsell services, and a path to growth in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on maintenance and repair options, including costs.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, invoices, payments, and warranty verification.
• Promote additional services and products to support department revenue.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare detailed repair orders with technicians.
• Verify insurance information and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed.
• Provide timely service updates and clear communication throughout the repair process.
