Job summary

CJDR Arlington is seeking motivated Service Advisors to be the primary contact for customers, explaining maintenance needs and options, and providing clear cost estimates. You will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and maintain detailed records of customer and vehicle information.

The role emphasizes up-selling additional services, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering timely updates to customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service environment preferred.
• Ability to explain maintenance options and costs clearly to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and software used in service shops.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, including costs and service options.
