Job summary

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to greet customers promptly, document concerns, translate them into repair orders, and communicate recommended services clearly. You will coordinate with technicians and provide status updates to ensure timely work and a high CSI score.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Writing Advisor role preferred.
• 5+ years in a service writing or advisory capacity.
• CDK experience helpful.
