Acura of Highland Park, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the busy service department in Highland Park, IL. You will greet customers, document concerns, schedule repairs, and provide transparent estimates while coordinating with technicians to deliver timely, quality service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating vehicle repairs, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and explain recommended maintenance or repairs.

• Coordinate with technicians to help ensure timely, quality service completion.

• Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Follow up after service visits to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer notes in dealership systems.
