You will collaborate with technicians and managers to ensure quality, accuracy, and exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires organization, customer-focused service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive service or dealership experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with Senior Service Manager to develop departmental plans, goals, and processes.
• Develops procedures for used vehicle reconditioning activities.
• Performs intake inspection and estimates for used vehicle trade-ins.
• Strives to meet 72-hour turnaround for vehicles placed on the lot for sale.
• Breaks down reconditioning estimates to price labor and parts for approvals.
• Coordinates quality control checks throughout reconditioning with managers.

If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.What You'll DoWorks with the Senior Sales Managers & Service Manager to develop overall departmental plans, goals, departmental practices/processes, and performance standards (i.e. safety requirements on all vehicles retailed, productivity, quality control, workflow processes, turnaround times of 72 hours, etc.).
