Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls is hiring a Service Advisor who will initiate automotive services, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, write repair orders and maintain customer records. The role requires at least 1 year of Service Advisor experience, a team player attitude, basic mechanical understanding, a valid driver's license, and welcomes veterans.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer records.
• Communicate between the customer and technician ensuring the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed service/repairs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.

Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift.

Department Hours: Monday through Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
