Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls is seeking a Service Technician (All Levels) to join our busy service department. You will perform repairs per repair orders, diagnose malfunctions, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality of work while documenting procedures and time entries.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of automotive repair experience, ASE and Manufacturer certification preferred, and a teamwork mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE and manufacturer certification, desired.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Pay Range: $22.00 and up per flat rate per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
