Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will greet customers, document concerns, and coordinate with technicians to deliver quality repairs and timely updates. Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Experience meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Respond promptly to customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.
• Follow up with customers to support the service process.
