Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring an experienced Service Advisor. You will manage customer needs, estimate repairs, write RO, and coordinate with technicians in a fast-paced dealership environment.

This full-time onsite role offers a generous pay range with evenings, weekends, and holiday hours to maximize earnings and align with customer demand. Benefits and total rewards are included.

Formación

• 5+ years of dealership service advisor experience.
• GM experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with dealership software and computers.
• Strong math skills for pricing and change.
• CDK experience required (2+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process and Interim Customer Contact (ICC2) processes.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Align with company initiatives and benchmarks.
• Write accurate repair orders using ADP system.
• Provide estimates with upfront pricing guarantee.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians.
• Communicate with technicians to understand services.
• Process payments for services performed.
• Deliver vehicle to customer after service.

Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.Experience with CDK, 2+ yearsAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission based off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.The average pay range for this position is $5,500-$13,000 Monthly.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
