Job summary

Planet Honda in Union, NJ is hiring Service Advisors. Bring 2-3+ years of Service Advisor experience, Honda experience preferred, and CDK proficiency. Maintain high CSI and customer loyalty while delivering accurate estimates and repair orders.

Qualifications

• Develop estimates by costing materials, labor, and deductibles.
• Write accurate repair orders based on customer needs and tech recommendations.
• Present inspection results to close work and maximize customer pay.
• Deliver premium customer experience and maintain CSI targets.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
