Job summary

Findlay Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. Previous experience in retail automotive sales or service drive roles is welcomed.

Responsibilities include overseeing flow in the drive lane, delivering prompt service, and coordinating technicians to maximize service capacity. The role requires organization and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• CDK experience required.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• At least one year dealership experience.
• Knowledge of dealership drive lane.
• Ability to manage others.
• Valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
