Northtown Kia in Amherst, NY is seeking a Service Advisor to resolve customer and vehicle concerns while upholding dealer standards and driving service sales. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and accurate administrative work.

The role operates on a 3-day full-time schedule and offers a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding performance and contributions to service department goals.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Previous in-person Customer Service and/or Sales Experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and/or PC.
• Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the work day.

Commission Based Position

This is a commission based position.

Hours

3 day full-time work week, rotates every 4 weeks
730AM-9PM Mon/Tues/Wed following month 730AM-9PM Thurs/Fri/Sat
