Williams Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership in Elmira, NY. You will lead customer interactions, document vehicle issues, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and clear communication throughout the service process.

Ideal candidates have customer service or automotive experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, multitasking mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or Automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers, smartphones, and dealership software systems.
• Ability to multitask in a busy automotive environment.
• Professional attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with automotive service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff regarding repairs and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up.
• Explain completed repairs, charges, and maintenance recommendations.
• Utilize dealership software and mobile technology for communication and repair tracking.

• Support Dealership operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
