Job summary

BMW of Devon, a leading luxury import automobile dealership in Devon, PA, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, explain maintenance value, and drive service sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, recommending necessary services, and processing warranty repairs in line with warranty specifications.

Qualifications

• Two–Five years' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with professional attitude.
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell services.
• Experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Description

• Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients.

• The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment , strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

• Two-Five years' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership settingpreferred

• Strong understanding of Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite, Xtime, and Text2Drive proficiency a plus
• Excellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude, appearance and demeanor
