Job summary

BMW of Westchester in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service guests, coordinating check-in, repair orders, and maintenance recommendations.

You will work with technicians, communicate clearly, and help customers make informed decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Earn potential 100–200k annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BMW Service Advisor (service writing) experience or 5 years of luxury/high-line automotive service advisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems; Reynolds & Ignite experience is a plus (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from check-in to delivery.

Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. You'll coordinate repair orders, recommend necessary maintenance and repairs, communicate with technicians, and help customers make informed decisions while maintaining the highest level of satisfaction.

With over 120 service guests per day—and growing—this role offers significant earning potential and career growth.
