Job summary

BMW of Westchester in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service department. You will be the primary point of contact for service customers from check-in through delivery, coordinating repair orders and communicating with technicians to keep owners informed.

This role offers significant earning potential, with 100-200k annually, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick time, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BMW Service Advisor (service writing) experience, or 5 years of luxury/high-line automotive service advisor experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems; Reynolds & Reynolds / ERA-IGNITE experience is a plus (or willingness to learn).
• Professional appearance and positive, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
