Job summary

Texas Collision Centers is seeking a Service Advisor to assess collision damage and prepare repair estimates. You will explain processes to customers, coordinate with insurers, and manage vehicle check-in and updates throughout the repair lifecycle.

The role requires practical estimating experience, strong communication, and a commitment to quality control and safety standards. A valid driver's license is required, and familiarity with CCC One is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive collision estimating experience.
• Experience with preparing estimates in CCC One preferred.
• Proficient with a computer and software.

Responsibilities

• Examine damage to determine extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage.
• Prepare estimates to repair vehicle.
• Explain repair process to customers.
• Communicate with customers' insurers regarding damages and obtain repair authorization.
• Complete vehicle check-in with customer.
• Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and updates to customer.
• Handle total loss process.
• Perform final quality control inspection.
• Deliver vehicle to customer upon completion of repair.
• Comply with TCC safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining repairs needed by visually inspecting a vehicle.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical, or interior damage
• Prepare estimates to repair vehicle
• Explain repair process to customers
• Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization
• Complete vehicle check-in with customer
• Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer
• Handle total loss process
• Perform final Quality Control inspection
• Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer
• Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
