Job summary

• Experience in automotive collision estimating is preferred.
• Experience with CCC One estimating software is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damage to determine repair scope for body, structural, mechanical or interior areas.
• Prepare repair estimates for customers’ vehicles.
• Explain repair processes and timelines to customers.
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain repair authorization.
• Check-in vehicles with customers and provide progress updates.
• Explain estimated repair times and status updates to customers.
• Handle total loss processes when required.
• Perform final quality control inspection after repairs.
• Deliver repaired vehicle to the customer.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
