Friendly Honda is seeking a service advisor to grow our service department and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, professional setting. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and report symptoms to technicians.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of automobiles, a friendly, positive attitude, and thrive in high-volume environments with a focus on customer service. We offer a 4-day work week, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high CSI score through attentive service.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately.
• Explain vehicle symptoms to technicians clearly as reported by customers.
• Assess age/mileage/history to determine needed maintenance.
• Prepare complete labor and parts cost estimates.
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers throughout the day.
• Communicate completed work and charges to customers.
• Deliver an excellent overall customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Maintain a high CSI score
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms to a technician as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
• Communicate all completed work and charges to customers
• Provide an excellent overall customer service experience
