Job summary
Friendly Honda is seeking a service advisor to grow our service department and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, professional setting. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and report symptoms to technicians.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of automobiles preferred.

- Customer service oriented (CSE) mindset.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high CSI score through attentive service.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately.
- Explain vehicle symptoms to technicians clearly as reported by customers.
- Assess age/mileage/history to determine needed maintenance.
- Prepare complete labor and parts cost estimates.
- Monitor vehicle progress and update customers throughout the day.
- Communicate completed work and charges to customers.
- Deliver an excellent overall customer service experience.
