Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between customers and the service team. You’ll greet customers, document vehicle concerns, communicate technician recommendations, and ensure a smooth, transparent service experience from start to finish.

This full-time role covers second shift with start times 6:45 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every third Saturday.

Formación

• 1–3 years in a dealership or service role.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with DMS software (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.

• Keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Coordinate drop-off and pickup

Range: $65,000 - $75,000
