Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati is seeking an Automotive Technician with 2–3 years of dealership or independent shop experience. You will diagnose, repair, and communicate needed work while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive technician experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• ASE certifications or manufacturer training preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Complete repairs per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Communicate diagnosed repairs and estimated completion times to service advisors.
• Document all work in the dealership's repair order system.
• Stay current with latest automotive technologies and participate in training.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited automotive technology program is preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technicianin a dealership or independent shop setting
• ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Proven experience with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle systems
• Familiarity with dealership service software and diagnostic tools is a plus
• Japanese automotive experience preferred but not required
