Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact between customers and the service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle concerns, communicate technician recommendations, and ensure a smooth, transparent service experience from start to finish.

Second shift offers hours 6:45 am–3:30 pm (Mon–Fri) and 8:00 am–5:00 pm on every third Saturday, with a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year.

Formación

• 1–3 years in a dealership or service role.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with DMS software (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.

Service Advisor
