Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems in a high-volume shop. Expect ongoing factory training and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of automotive technician experience in a dealership or independent shop
• Completion of an accredited automotive technology program preferred
• ASE certifications or manufacturer training strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues
• Complete repairs and services per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
• Communicate diagnoses and estimated completion times to service advisors
• Document all work in the dealership's repair order system
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Stay current with automotive technologies and participate in ongoing training
• Utilize diagnostic tools proficiently and test drive to verify repairs

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle systems
• Familiarity with dealership service software and diagnostic tools is a plus
• Japanese automotive experience preferred but not required
