Lithia Ford of Roseburg is hiring a Body Shop Customer Service Rep to support customers and the team in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will greet customers, manage communications, and help with repairs from intake to completion.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong customer service. A valid driver's license and prior admin or automotive exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive, body shop, insurance, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide updates.
• Schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and closing repair orders.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and completion details to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Process paperwork, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with insurance and repair-related documentation.
• Review invoices and repair orders for accuracy.
• Collect customer payments and assist with final paperwork.
