Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator for the Commercial Roofing Service Division in Kansas City. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 7:30–4:00 with a full benefits package and competitive wage (hourly $24/hr with DOE).

The position is the first point of contact for customers and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in an administrative role, experience in a construction environment is a plus, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Construction environment experience is a strong asset.
• Invoicing experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
• Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
• Ensure all calls and information are directed to the correct person.
• Lead and track the Service Departments AP and AR.
• Manage various project related documents.
• Track and report service inventory allocation.
• Maintain employee paperwork.
• Other duties as required/assigned.
