Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator in the Commercial Roofing division for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule in Kansas City. The role supports the Service Department in a fast-paced environment and requires strong customer service, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Construction environment experience is a strong asset.
• Invoicing experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
• Courteous, professional, and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
• Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
• Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.
• Lead and track the Service Departments AP and AR.
• Manage various project related documents.
• Track and report service inventory allocation.
• Maintain employee paperwork.
• Other duties as required/assigned.
