Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in a construction environment is a strong asset.
• Invoicing experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• File management and ensure all information is accurate.
• Collection and maintenance of customer contact information.
• Direct calls and information to the correct person.
• Track the Service Department's accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage project-related documents.
• Track and report service inventory allocation.
• Maintain employee paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required.
