• Provide timely updates on repair status to customers.
• Create and review work orders for invoicing and warranty processing.
• Communicate the value of recommended and additional services.
• Escalate technical issues and obtain product/repair information as needed.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for a talented Service Advisor for our Distribution business in Henderson, CO.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at the branch
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and gather relevant equipment and repair information
• Prepare quotes, estimates, claims, and repair plans
• Provide customers with timely updates on the status of repair work
• Create and review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty processing
• Communicate the value of recommended and additional services to customers
• Escalate technical issues and use available resources to obtain product and repair information
• Complete additional administrative tasks as needed

In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner
• Previous experience in service and repair, warranty administration, service coordination, or a related field preferred
• Experience preparing estimates and communicating the value of additional services is a plus
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple software platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Ability to gather technical information and appropriately elevate complex issues
• High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience
• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
