Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for our Distribution business in Henderson, CO.

This 100% onsite role places you at the branch where you will be the primary contact for customers, build relationships, gather equipment and repair information, and prepare quotes and repair plans. You will provide timely updates on repair status, review work orders for invoicing and warranty processing, and communicate the value of recommended services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in service and repair, warranty administration, service coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience preparing estimates and communicating the value of additional services is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple software platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Ability to gather technical information and appropriately escalates complex issues.
  • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
