Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Administrator Supervisor to lead the administrative operations for Remote Services. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee PO lifecycles, work orders, bookings, invoicing, and contract renewals, ensuring data quality and timely delivery across multiple accounts.

You are a proven people leader with strong process discipline, able to build a scalable admin cadence, coach the team, and partner with Finance, Sales, and branch leadership to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations, contract administration, and team leadership.
• Ability to govern operational platform configuration, testing, documentation, and change control.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the admin team, set expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee PO lifecycle, change orders, invoicing, and contract renewals across accounts.
• Manage service management system administration and onboarding workflows.
• Coordinate dispatch, time-entry, and field operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
