Convergint is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to support global customer engagements, enforce standards, and drive consistent delivery across locations. You will coordinate work orders, assist with pricing, and help manage iCare sites and CSP renewals while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with financial data, invoicing, and cost/profit awareness.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks across accounts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate operational requirements for global customer engagements.
• Prepare and deliver reports, assist with quarterly business reviews and pricing.
• Maintain customer information, onboarding of new accounts, and playbooks.
• Support CSP renewals and contract administration tasks.
• Assist with invoice processing and spectrum-based workflow management.
