Job summary

Bish’s RV Great Falls is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Service Admin to support our service and sales teams with data entry, document management, and coordinating deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle multi-line phone calls, input technician notes, upload documents, and maintain accurate records while delivering professional customer updates; Saturday availability is required. This role offers training and growth within our family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple phone lines and provide timely updates.
• Proficient data entry and document management, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into the service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents into the system.
• Collect and prepare required documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Use DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel to manage documentation and records.
