Job summary

DCH Freehold Toyota, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is hiring an entry-level Service Admin/Appointment Coordinator. This role focuses on handling service calls, scheduling, CRM upkeep, and supporting service staff to deliver Excellent customer experiences.

Hourly pay starts at $17+, with bonuses tied to appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Growth path toward a Service Advisor role is available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of automotive dealership experience required.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and emails.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer and vehicle records in the CRM.
• Support the Service Manager, Advisors, and technicians with administrative tasks.
• Process service paperwork, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
