Lithia & Driveway's DCH Freehold Toyota is hiring a Service Admin/Appointment Coordinator in Freehold, NJ. You will handle calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain records in the CRM while supporting the service team.

The role offers hourly pay around $17+ depending on experience, with bonuses tied to appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvals. Growth into an entry-level service advisor is possible.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of automotive dealership experience required.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven follow-up and appointment-setting abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and emails.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer and vehicle records in the CRM.
• Support the Service Manager, Advisors, and technicians with administrative tasks.
• Process service paperwork, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
