Job summary

Alkegen in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Service Account Manager to act as the liaison between external customers, sales engineers, and internal teams to manage orders and deliver exceptional service.

You will process new orders, monitor and maintain existing orders, provide pricing and quotes, confirm delivery dates, and keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with export order processing and trade compliance is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes customer orders and inquiries.
• Maintains ongoing relationships with customers and commercial partners.
• Ensures orders are entered correctly with delivery dates.
• Provides pricing, quotes, product availability, and schedule information.
• Serves as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure responsiveness.
• Tracks orders and coordinates with logistics to expedite delivery.
