Job summary

Alinabal in Milford, CT is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to review orders for accuracy, coordinate order entry, and serve as a liaison among customer, quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience with a strong customer-first emphasis.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively.
