Qualifications

• Ability to organize, prioritize and lead clerical activities.
• Entry level supervisory skills (coaching/counseling, performance evaluation).
• Knowledge of staff planning and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Review today’s and next day’s patient lists and prepare clinic (DAR).
• Manage clinic queues: registration, referrals, orders and scheduling.
• Obtain imprest cash bag for clinic operations.
• Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other related clerical duties as assigned by Service Access Manager.
