Qualifications

• Must have working-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
• 12+ months Patient Access experience or lead experience in lieu of front-line experience.
• Experience in acute hospital, surgical center, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Completion of LEVL UP level 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks within the Patient Access team area and manage time effectively.
• Develop team members through group and 1:1 trainings.
• Contribute to quality assurance, monitor workflows, and improve patient experience.
